Instead of depending on teleradiology platform provider professional services for numerous one-to-many integrations, we chose to develop our own middleware engine. This allows us to manage all integrations more efficiently and flexibly.

I had previous experience with the very popular Mirth Connect Healthcare Integration Engine, but we lacked the knowledge in-house to develop our integrations on this engine.
